GDP Homecoming Day 2026 Held on October 31!
On Saturday, October 31, the Discovery Program for Global Learners (GDP) Homecoming Day 2026 was held at the Global Study Lounge (G-Lounge), located on the 2nd floor of General Education Building, Wing-D at Okayama University.
Many alumni, current students, and faculty members joined the event. It was a valuable opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new connections, and inspire one another through meaningful interactions.
To begin the event, Professor UDDIN MD. AZHAR, who is scheduled to retire at the end of March 2027, shared his reflections on his many years of research and educational activities.
The event also featured activities such as Human Bingo and a Q&A session with alumni, providing opportunities for alumni and current students to exchange stories and experiences about job hunting, pursuing graduate studies, and memorable moments from their time at university.
Hearing about the alumni’s experiences and advice made the event particularly meaningful for current students, giving them valuable insights to consider as they think about their future paths and university life.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and to all the alumni who kindly supported the event!
